Emkan
Emkan is a super-app for Tehran Municipality staff, bringing separate internal services — commuting, attendance, and correspondence — together in a single Flutter app.
- Consolidated services that previously lived in separate apps: Sahand passenger transport, roll-call attendance, and internal correspondence (Mokatebat).
- Rebuilt the app in Flutter to move past the platform limitations of the original build.
- Supported the rollout of the unified super-app to 50,000+ users within its first year.
